THE CLIENT
The City of El Segundo and its Economic Development advisory Council (EDAC) facilitate the city’s marketing/business attraction and retention efforts. The city offers among the best commercial real estate values in the greater LA region, with lower tax rates, lower rents, a skilled workforce, and an experienced city staff that welcomes new businesses to this well-positioned city with a strong sense of community (family oriented, friendly neighbors, great schools, youth sports, etc.)
